Tuna Skewers with Pak-choy and Teriyaki

Skewers are a very versatile option for lunch or dinner. They're a great combination of flavours and textures, where you can be creative and original when preparing them.

Today, our chef suggests some skewers made with Marinated Tuna with Pak-choy and Teriyaki, an exotic and very delicious choice for enjoying Koldfin tuna.

Plus, you can serve this as an appetizer or as a main dish, depending on the size and ingredients used. It’s another fun and healthy way to eat fish with your favourite ingredients.

Ingredients ( 4 pax)

  • 1 Packs of Frozen Marinated Yellowfin Tuna Slice
  • 1 Pak-choy
  • For the teriyaki sauce:
  • 100 g. sugar
  • 100 g. soy sauce
  • 10 ml water
  • Dificultad Low

Step by step 1/4

Simmer the sugar and soy sauce on low heat until it takes on a caramel texture. Then add 10 ml water and cover

When the sauce is ready, place three cubes of tuna to a skewer per person.

Next, heat a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil over high heat. Sear for 45 seconds on each side, so they're lightly done on the inside and golden on the outside.

Finally, remove the skewers and add the pak-choy, using the same oil used for the tuna. Salt and pepper to taste, and plate!
