Today, a recipe that will leave your guests’ mouths watering: a very tasty and original tuna curry. Follow the steps for this simple and healthy recipe.

This recipe is made with a seasoning we all know as curry, a mixture of various spices native to India. This fusion, widely used in Asian cuisine, can have infinite variables and is one of the most widely used condiments today. It’s not surprising that it’s gaining more and more followers.

In addition, the intense flavour and aroma of this spice has been shown to release endorphins that produce a sensory experience. So what are you waiting for?

Ingredients ( 4 pax)

  • 2 pack of Diced Koldfin Frozen Marinated Yellowfin Tuna.
  • 350 g coconut milk
  • ½ aubergine 
  • ½ onion 
  • 5 g cilantro
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ yellow pepper
  • 1tsp. Thai curry paste
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • Dificultad Low

Step by step 1/4

Cut the vegetables and set them aside .

Heat a pot with olive oil and add the vegetables . Sauté them until golden brown, then add the curry paste . Now mix until all the ingredients are integrated. Then add the coconut milk.

When it begins to boil, reduce to medium heat for 5 minutes.

Turn up the heat and add the diced Tuna. Stir gently and turn off the heat. To finish, cover the pot and let rest for two minutes. There you have it!

The curry flavour base is a fantastic accompaniment for many other foods. To make this dish even more complete, serve it over rice or chopped cauliflower. What if you want a spicy kick? Add a couple of drops of chilli oil and you’ll have a delicious dish.
