If you can't decide between the sea and the mountains... don't! Combine the two and enjoy a delicious dish with Koldfin tuna and your favourite mushrooms of the season.

If you are a lover of both seafood and mountain products, you will love the combination of flavours in this recipe. All you need is Koldfin Yellowfin Tuna Loin, your favourite mushrooms and you’re ready to go.

Ingredients ( 4 pax)

  • 2 packs of Koldfin Frozen Marinated Yellowfin Tuna Loin.
  • 350 g of seasonal mushrooms
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3Green leaf for decoration
  • Dificultad Low

Step by step 1/4

To clean the mushroom stems, use a sharp knife and be very careful. When it is clean, cut off and remove the tips that have soil on them.

Wipe the top with damp paper. Once everything is clean, cut them into four and set them aside. Chop the garlic and set it aside.

Heat a frying pan over very high heat with a little oil. When it is very hot, sear the Koldfin tuna slice for 45 seconds on each side.

Once the tuna is well seared, set it aside and add a little more olive oil to the frying pan. Add the mushrooms to the garlic and season to taste. When the mushrooms are ready, place them on a plate. Cut the tuna into thin slices of about half a centimetre with a sharp knife, place on the plate and add a little green to decorate.
